Erro ao criar novas bases no BIBLVIRE4

Criamos 84 bibliotecas e ainda faltam criar 25 porem estamos recebendo este erro ao tentar criar:

Aumentamos a memória de 4G para 8G e ainda não resolveu.

Boa Noite,

Realizei testes em minha máquina pessoal com configurações parecidas da máquina mencionada e apresentou o mesmo problema de Memória Compartilhada a partir da 81 Biblioteca Criada.

A Secretaria de Educação de ES que está utilizando o Biblivre desde 2010 está com mais de 100 biblioteca precisando recomeçar os trabalhos com a instalação do Biblivre4.

Os trabalhos destas 100 bibliotecas estão interrompidos porque a Secretaria tentou adaptar o Biblivre3 para uma rede de Bibliotecas e o sistema travou impedindo a continuação dos trabalhos das bibliotecas.

Hoje eles estão tentando instalar as 100 bibliotecas no BIBLIVRE4 para aproveitarem pelo menos os registros das bibliotecas e assim continuarem os trabalhos.

Resposta do desenvolvedor Danniel:

"Lucas, o que está acontecendo é que pela quantidade de bibliotecas instaladas, o usuário atingiu o limite do Postgresql. Uma possível solução para o problema é descomentar e alterar a propriedade max_locks_per_transaction no arquivo postgresql.conf da instalação (pasta /data) para o valor de 128. Se ainda não for suficiente, sugerimos aumentar para 256. Após a alteração, será necessário reiniciar o Postgresql."

Alterei o arquivo conforme orientação, no entanto não resolveu.

Favor verificar na descrição do arquivo abaixo se existe algo errado ou incompleto.

Falta retirar a tralha para o comando surtir efeito e reiniciar o serviço do PostgreSQL:

Com tralha fica inativo: #max_locks_per_transaction = 256 # min 10
